Superznalac is committed to protecting your privacy, which is based on the General Regulation and its principles, and in accordance with the above adopts this Privacy Policy.

Superznalac, in accordance with the privacy policy, may collect the following personal data:

Right of access to personal data

It is your personal right to request the Superznalder to erase personal data concerning you without undue delay and the Controller must erase the personal data without undue delay. You have the right to request the erasure of personal data concerning you if one of the following conditions is met:

– you have withdrawn consent on which the processing is based pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
– you have objected to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 21(1) of the GDPR. the General Data Protection Regulation and if there are no stronger legitimate reasons for the processing;
– the personal data have been unlawfully processed;
– the personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union or State law to which the controller is subject
– personal data have been collected in connection with the offer of information society services referred to in Article 8(1).
Right to restriction of processing
It is your personal right to request from Superznalac to restrict the processing of your data, if you believe that the data held by Superznalac is incorrect; if the processing is unlawful, but you do not want your data to be deleted but used for limited use, Superznalär does not need your personal data, however you need them to enforce, exercise and defend legal claims, you have filed a complaint regarding the processing until it is confirmed that the legal reasons of the seller prevail over your reasons;
Right to data portability
It is your personal right to transfer the personal data relating to you that you have provided to the Superintendent, in a simply usable form. Furthermore, it is your personal right to pass this information on to a third party, without interference from Superznal.
Right to object
Where personal data are processed for marketing purposes, the data subject shall have the right, at any time, to object to processing concerning him or her for marketing purposes; where an individual objects to processing for direct marketing purposes, the data are no longer processed for these purposes.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority:
It is your personal right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in the country where you reside, where you work or where the alleged breach has occurred, if you believe that the processing of personal data relating to you violates the rules on the protection of personal data. Notification to the supervisory authority of a breach of personal data security
If there is a violation of the Privacy Policy, Superznalac is obliged to inform the competent authority. When there is a suspicion that a criminal offence has been committed due to a violation of rights, Superznalac is obliged to notify the police and/or the competent prosecutor’s office about the violation.
Right to withdraw consent
It is your personal right to withdraw your consent for data processing based on the same.
